How to Order

Shop our online store or, email and provide us with the item details along with a telephone number where you can be reached in case of any questions.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. PayPal payments will include a 5% fee. Sorry, no CODS or Will Call allowed. All orders will be shipped when payment is received or successfully processed unless otherwise noted on the website.

Shipping / Delivery

All orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Available items purchased directly through this website are usually shipped within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Transit Time ONCE Shipped: All shipping is from our Modesto, CA location. Standard shipping to the US East Coast is usually within 3-5 business days (not including holidays).
International standard shipping is usually within 3-7 business days (not including holidays). ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR MORE, BEFORE SHIPPING, DUE TO INSTALLATION TIME AND/OR BACK-ORDERS.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Any items shipped by Voyage Air Guitar damaged and determined by the carrier to be damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost (pending payment from the carrier). If an item is found to be defective due to craftsmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge for up to one year from date of delivery. Items must be shipped back to Voyage Air Guitar within 30 days of receiving an approved RMA (returned merchandise approval) number. Orders returned without an authorized number will be refused. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all related shipping charges. Some exceptions may apply, at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed for backordered items can be cancelled within 30 days from the date of the order for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 30 days are subject to a 20% service charge fee.


You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
