PLEASE NOTE – All mail destined to military installations takes longer, as it has unique transportation and handling requirements which can result in extended delivery times for each class of mail. Once the mail is processed it is then transferred to the military. The USPS does not have access to military transportation information, and they are responsible for the remainder of the delivery process. Because of this, the tracking status is not updated as frequently.
The reasonable time of delivery for military items shipped to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Canada, sent Parcel Select, has a minimum of 30 days from the date of mailing. If not received after 75 days you may submit a claim. This time frame is due to USPS Retail Ground and Parcel Select items receiving surface transportation by ship to various US military locations.

How long does it take for me to get my guitar?
WE WILL SHIP ASAP, HOWEVER, DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES. IN ADDITION, ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR MORE, BEFORE SHIPPING, DUE TO INSTALLATION TIME AND/OR BACK-ORDERS.
Transit Time ONCE Shipped: All shipping is from our Oceanside, CA location. Standard shipping to the US East Coast is usually within 3-5 business days (not including holidays).
International standard shipping is usually within 3-7 business days (not including holidays).

How can I play one before I purchase?
Voyage Air does not have any dealers and are available exclusively here on our website, eBay, Amazon or Reverb.

Also buy now – pay later options are available to select countries. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your order.
