At Voyage Air, we value our customers as much as they value a great guitar – that travels. With concern continuing to grow about the spread of Coronavirus and the resulting illness, COVID-19, I want to assure you that Voyage Air is laser-focused on ensuring that our products stay clean, our customers stay healthy, and our team stay vigilant.
We recognize the trust you place in Voyage Air when we ship a guitar to your location. That’s why we want to share the actions we are taking at Voyage Air to keep you – and our team members safe.
We’re taking numerous steps to protect you, our team, and our product from the spread of infection during this concerning time.
We are listening to recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Voyage Air team members are given facts and reminded to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe and healthy.
We regularly give these reminders to all of our team:
Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly (20 seconds, minimum)
Adopt an alternative to the handshake
Avoid contact with sick people
Avoid touching your own eyes/nose/mouth
Stay home if you or someone in your home is feeling sick
We’re taking meaningful steps behind the scenes, as well. To ensure the safety and health of all Voyage Air associates, and, we’ve suspended all non-critical corporate air travel.
Again, we’ve put these measures in place because we want you and your loved ones to stay safe, healthy, and comfortable until this public health issue is behind us all.
